This is a reproduction of a clock by Connecticut clock maker Thomas Jackson which is on display at the Wayne County Historical Society in Honesdale PA.  The curly maple case features whales tails, carved finials and fluted columns on the hood and a scalloped apron around the top of the base. It is said that this style was popular with mariners.

This clock is shown with a triple chime movement but can be supplied with a traditional bell strike movement.
